Coaching Cancellation Policy

As we approach the time of year, where schools are finishing for half term & Xmas period, The GKN would like to ensure that all parents/guardians of our Junior GK's that are booking in for 1/2/1 Sessions, are aware of our Cancellation Policy.

We understand that circumstances can change at the last minute, but we would require as much notice as possible, should a cancellation be looking likely. Cancelling a session 1 hour prior to it taking place does not give us any time to fill the slot. Also, as we have moved to the all-weather pitch, we would still be required to pay for that pitch fee.

We require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, or the session will be charged back to you (at least 50% of the service charge). There is a list of GK's who are waiting for 1/2/1 sessions, as the 1/2/1 service has become limited due to time & cost. 

We respectfully ask to give us enough notice, so we can prepare in the most professional way possible!
