Returns Policy

 

We accept refunds under the following circumstances:

• The product is still sealed and in original packaging
• The product has not been used or worn
• The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival
• The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery etc.)

Terms & conditions of returns:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase - we cannot accept returns later than this
• Products must be returned in original condition & packaging

Unfortunately we cannot refund:

• Postage costs
• Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed
• Gloves with Glove ID
• Products returned after 30 days since purchase
• Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use - latex is a natural material that can experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and much more 
• Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not preparing and caring for them in line with the glove care instructions.

 If the gloves have stitching that has come away, we will be able to inspect these, given that they are returned to us firstly, and therefore possibly refund or exchange.
